1. What are the delivery times for JolyID products?
We make every effort to ship products within 5 business days of ordering. Delivery times then depend on the delivery method chosen and the place of destination. In general, delivery times vary between 2 and 7 working days.
2. What are the values of the JolyID brand?
At JolyID, we are passionate about craftsmanship and home decor. We are convinced that products made by hand with quality materials are durable and can bring soul to your home. We are also committed to preserving French craftsmanship and have therefore chosen to work with local artisans to create our products. Finally, we are proud to offer an eco-responsible brand, which uses natural materials that respect the environment.
3. Why was the JolyID brand created?
The JolyID brand was created by two friends passionate about decoration and French craftsmanship. We decided to launch our own brand to highlight French craftsmanship and create unique and authentic products. We also wanted to offer an eco-responsible brand, which respects the environment and French craft traditions.
4. What should I do if I receive a broken object?
At JolyID, we do everything we can to pack parcels with care so that the products arrive in perfect condition at our customers. However, if despite our precautions, an object is broken during delivery, we invite our customers to contact us as soon as possible to inform us and provide us with a photo of the damaged product. We will then do our best to return a product within the limits of our available stock.
